Allan is a high school dropout, former addict and was previously a tractor driver before getting into real estate. He and his wife Jennifer have built a multi-million dollar real estate portfolio with hundreds of wholesales, flips and rentals under their belt. 

Allan realized the power of real estate early on in his investing career after making the amount of money monthly that he was being paid annually as a tractor driver. 

He also figured out the power of private lending early on which allowed him to use other people’s money thereby increasing his buying ability and expansion at a much faster pace.
